Quinn Law, LLC is a law practice grounded in principles of integrity, responsiveness and sound legal and business judgment.

Managing Member, Joseph P. Quinn, established the firm in July of 2008, after serving for three years as fidelity and surety bond counsel at The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc, in Worcester, Massachusetts.  As a client of many successful law firms nationwide while at The Hanover, Mr. Quinn developed a keen awareness of client needs, and best practices in meeting those needs.
Prior to his three years of service to The Hanover, Mr. Quinn practiced at the Providence law firm of Little, Medeiros, Kinder, Bulman & Whitney, P.C., where he concentrated on civil litigation, including matters in commercial and residential construction, surety, labor and employment, and general commercial disputes of all kinds.

Before moving to Providence in 2003, Mr. Quinn practiced at the Boston law firm of Corwin & Corwin, LLP, a leading construction law firm in New England, where he began his legal career.

Mr. Quinn received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University, where he was also a starting shortstop for the varsity baseball team.  A native of Massachusetts, Mr. Quinn returned to his home state and enrolled at Suffolk University Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, and where he was a member of the Law Review.

His academic life continues into the present.  In 2008, Mr. Quinn was appointed as a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island, where he teaches a course in Construction Law to students in both the paralegal studies program and undergraduate program in construction sciences.

Mr. Quinn and his staff are dedicated to providing high quality legal services in a cost-effective and efficient manner.  We bring solid experience and practical judgment to bear each day, and we also employ the latest technology to optimize our effectiveness.  We believe in straight talk, and realistic, practical solutions to our clients’ problems.  More importantly, however, we maintain a personal approach with our clients, and treat each and every one, big and small, like a member of our own family.
